Privacy Policy

  • Letmo LLC operates letmo.us. For questions about privacy or to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, email contact@letmo.us from your registered email address. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on a request.
  • Information we process: When you register, we store your email address, email verification status, account creation and update dates, and a password hash. We do not store your password in plain text. Authentication also processes session identifiers, expiration dates, and, where available, IP addresses and browser information for account security. Verification and password reset codes are stored as hashes with expiration and attempt information. If you contact us, we process your message and the contact details you provide.
  • Purposes and service providers: We use this information to create and verify accounts, sign users in, reset passwords, prevent abuse, respond to requests, and operate the website. Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores account data, and Resend delivers account emails. Our domain and inbound email routing use Cloudflare. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations used by these providers.
  • Cookies and analytics: The website uses essential authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Blocking or deleting them may prevent account features from working. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to measure website usage. Its documentation describes aggregated analytics without cookies or identifiers that track users across websites. Hosting and security services may separately process request logs. We do not deliberately include your email or password in analytics events.
  • Sharing and retention: We do not sell account information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information to service providers, where required by law, or as necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service. We retain account information while needed to operate your account and handle security or legal obligations. Session and code records have expiration times; expiration does not mean immediate removal from all logs or backups. On a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize account data unless retention is required for legal or security reasons. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention processes. We do not currently promise a fixed deletion deadline.
  • Your choices and changes: You can stop using your account, sign out, and contact us about your information. Rights may vary by location; we will handle applicable requests under the laws that apply. The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. We will update this notice when our practices change and identify its effective date. Material changes affecting existing accounts will be communicated through the website or account email as appropriate.

  • Service and accounts: Letmo LLC operates letmo.us, which publishes investment research and portfolio records. Creating an account does not currently purchase a subscription or confer a right to future paid content. Any future paid service will disclose its price, access conditions, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase.
  • To create an account, use an email address you control and verify it. Keep your password confidential and contact contact@letmo.us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Do not impersonate others or register using another person's email address.
  • Permitted use: You may read the website for personal, noncommercial purposes and share links to public pages. Do not bypass access restrictions, attempt to access another user's account, overload the service, or redistribute substantial portions of our research without permission. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
  • Research and risk: Content is provided for general information and research documentation. It is not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, and using the website does not create an adviser-client relationship. Letmo or its founder may hold positions in securities discussed. Read the website's Disclosure for further context. Information can become outdated or contain errors; returns are not guaranteed and investments can lose value. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
  • Availability and account closure: We may change website features, interrupt service for maintenance, and restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or legal obligations. Contact contact@letmo.us to request account closure or ask about a restriction. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Responsibility and changes: The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or complete accuracy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Letmo is not responsible for investment losses resulting from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will publish updated terms with an effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
